We are also building our National Housing Provider Coalition (NHPC) to do the same – nationwide. Our goal is to meet once a month with our next Zoom meeting on Thursday, January 22nd at 12:00pm (Central Standard Time).
Our goal is to be a collective group of organizations & individuals joining together to address rental property issues in our industry.
We will be tracking & addressing the negative impact of new/trending rental policies/laws as the primary voice representing us – from small to large individual investors & organizations.
Our goal is to preserve property rights across the country by sharing, monitoring and fighting “Tenant Protection Laws” (where we can’t prevent them).
We’ll make sure fellow housing providers are aware of these laws to stay in compliance, as well.
