Help Displaced Renters from Alexander Company’s Damaged Building

Thank you again for chatting with me today. If you’re still willing to tap into your membership-base, we’d love to build a list of possible temporary lodging options for those who may not want to stay at a hotel while the building is being repaired. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • The availability of a short-term lease option (two months), or a month-to-month option
  • A preference that the location be in, or near, downtown
  • A max rental rate of $1,200
  • We’re interested in both one-bedroom and two-bedroom options
  • Furnished would be a plus, but we’re also interested in unfurnished options

We’re still actively exploring whether the lease would be between the landlord and resident, or the landlord and The Alexander Company. Once we have those details worked out, we hope to share a list of potential options with residents so they may make a decision on how they’d like to proceed.
